OnePlus is pushing out updates for its latest flagship basically every week, and today brings us yet another new version of OxygenOS for the 7 Pro. The update to v9.5.8 includes May’s security patches, further touch sensitivity improvements, better call audio quality, better compatibility with third-party USB Type-C headphones, and other fixes.
Some folks reported seeing improvements when it came to touchscreen behavior with last week’s update, but there were still a few lingering reports of issues.

OnePlus never ceases to impress us with its stellar update record. Even though it already shipped a ton of software improvements this month, the company doesn’t take a break. And thus, it just released the latest OxygenOS version 9.5.4 for the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G.
The update comes with a ton of improvements, some of which we’ve already seen on the device’s sister phone, the OnePlus 7 Pro. Improved touch sensitivity for the screen should be a fix for the phantom touches many users have reported on the latest OnePlus devices.

A few days ago, the beastly OnePlus 7 Pro got an OS update to fix a few issues and make some improvements to camera performance, and now it’s little sibling is getting the same treatment. The company is starting to push the OxygenOS 9.5.5 update to the smaller OnePlus 7, and it includes the latest security patch and a number of other enhancements.
It goes without saying that there are some general bug fixes, but the most attention appears to have been given to the camera.
