Heavy Rain, Beyond & Detroit are coming to PC via the Epic Games Store

Quantic Dream has shocked gamers around the world today by announcing their plans to bring all of their recent PlayStation exclusives to the PC. Heavy Rain, Beyond: Two Souls and Detroit: Become Human will be exclusively available on the Epic Games Store as a timed exclusive. This comes not long after the French developer declared to become a multi-platform developer.

The news was delivered today during Epic’s GDC presentation and truly left audiences with their jaws open. Epic CEO: “You’re going to see lower prices” on Epic Games Store

SAN FRANCISCO—The Epic Games Store’s much-ballyhooed 88-percent revenue share has been great news for developers who are no longer forced to accept Steam’s de facto 70-percent standard. But this new behind-the-scenes monetary split hasn’t resulted in savings for gamers, who thus far have seen the same price tags for games on Epic’s storefront as on Steam (when titles are available on both).

Epic Snags More Major Store Exclusives, Including Quantic Dream’s Games

Heavy Rain, Beyond: Two Souls, and Detroit: Become Human are all coming to the PC, all exclusively to Epic’s store, Epic said today at Game Developers Conference. Other games whose PC versions will come to Epic’s store exclusively include Control, Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey, and Afterparty.
